Small Concrete Mixer

1) Small concrete mixer 4X4WD hydraulic torque converter gearbox, open hydraulic gear oil pump, and reverse gear control for regulating working speed and travel speed.

2) Special axle reduction shafts for front and rear axles, flanged connection to the gearbox. Rear axle with oscillation (±10°). Tires: 1680-20.

3) Dual water supply systems allowing direct external water inlet into the drum or water tank. The total capacity of the two connected water tanks is 612 liters. A visual flow meter controls the water intake of the rollers via manual operation.

4) Double-conical drum equipped with double-helix mixing screws and a convex bottom. The 4m³ Concrete Mixer Truck geometric volume of the drum is 5800 liters, with a rotation speed of 15 rpm. Drum rotation is driven by a gear pump hydraulic motor, manual control valve in the operation room, and the mixer rear section. Tilt and unloading chute are controlled via an adjustable handle. A chute extension unit is available as standard equipment.

5) Loading arm can be fitted with load cells, a loading device with grab bucket, and a lifting boom controlled by double-acting hydraulic cylinders. Manual control of the water inlet features standard indication functions. Capacity: 500 L Time: 5
