The working principle of a concrete mixer truck is to drive the rotation of the mixing drum through a hydraulic transmission system, using the spiral blades inside the drum to load, stir, and discharge concrete.

Power Transmission System
Power Take-off: The power is taken from the truck chassis engine through a power take-off device.

Energy Conversion: The variable pump of the hydraulic system is driven to convert mechanical energy into hydraulic energy, which is delivered to the fixed displacement motor.

Driving Rotation: The motor drives the reducer, and the reducer drives the mixing device to mix the concrete.

Mixing and Discharge Mechanism
Forward Rotation Operation: During loading and transportation, the mixing drum rotates forward, causing the concrete to move inward along the blades, preventing segregation and hardening.

Reverse Rotation Discharge: During discharge, the mixing drum rotates in reverse. Under the top-pushing action of the helical movement of the blades, the concrete moves toward the drum opening and is discharged.

Blade Function: The spiral blades on the inner wall of the mixing drum continuously turn and mix the concrete during rotation, maintaining homogeneity.
