Site Preparation
Choose a solid, level surface: The slope should not exceed 3%. In soft soil areas, steel plates or wooden mats should be laid to prevent the outriggers from sinking.
Avoid excavation edges: The parking position of the pump truck should be at least 2 meters away from the edge of the foundation pit to prevent the risk of collapse.
Ensure 'three levels and two connections': Make sure the site is level, the roads are level, the pump pipes are installed level; water supply (for cleaning) and electricity supply (backup power) are connected.
Pump Truck Positioning and Outrigger Setup
Positioning: Place as close to the pouring point as possible to shorten the pump pipe length and reduce pressure loss.
Deploy outriggers
First extend the front outriggers, then the rear outriggers, operating symmetrically on both sides to avoid tilting the truck.
Place 5cm thick steel plates under each outrigger (area not less than 1.5 times the outrigger pad), and add wooden mats on soft soil.
Level the truck: Use the operator platform level, controlling front-to-back and side-to-side error within 2mm.
