Core Structural Components
Chassis System: Uses a special or modified truck chassis; some models are equipped with diesel-electric dual power, supporting the switch between driving and working modes.
Mixing System
Mostly uses drum-type or forced double helical mixers, with a capacity generally ranging from 0.5 to 1.5 m³.
The mixing drum can rotate forwards and backwards; it rotates slowly during transport to prevent segregation and mixes or discharges quickly during construction.
Pumping System
Commonly uses a double-cylinder hydraulic piston pump, with a maximum pumping pressure of 16 MPa.
Equipped with an S-valve distribution system, enabling automatic switching between suction and discharge.
Placing Device
Mostly 3–5 section folding hydraulic booms, with a maximum placing height of 60–80 meters.
Hydraulic and Electrical Control System
Uses full hydraulic drive, powered by a power take-off device from the chassis engine.
Equipped with an intelligent remote control system, supporting material level monitoring, fault diagnosis, and IoT data upload.
Auxiliary Systems
Hydraulic outriggers (independently adjustable, ensuring stability)
Automatic lubrication, washing, cooling, and safety protection devices
