Basic Function: To continuously transport concrete along pipes using pressure.

Structure Composition: Mounted on a heavy-duty truck chassis are the pump body, delivery pipes, a telescopic or foldable boom (arm), and auxiliary systems such as hydraulic and electrical control systems.

Working Principle: The engine's power is transmitted to the hydraulic pump set through a power take-off, driving pistons to push concrete, which is then delivered to the designated location through the boom and delivery pipes.

Classification and Characteristics
By Structural Type
Piston type (mainstream, high pressure, large displacement)

Squeezing type
Hydraulic diaphragm type

By Boom Length
Short boom (13–28 meters)
Long boom (31–47 meters)
Extra-long boom (51–62 meters and above, such as the Zoomlion 101-meter carbon fiber boom pump truck)

Advantages: Mobile and flexible, no need for additional piping, wide delivery range, high degree of automation, widely used in high-rise buildings, bridges, subways, and other projects.
