Hydraulic System
It is recommended to use #46 anti-wear hydraulic oil (#32 for low-temperature environments); change after the first 200 hours of use, then every 1000 hours afterwards. When changing the oil, simultaneously replace the suction, return, and pilot filters; clean the radiator weekly; avoid heavy load transport at noon in high summer temperatures.
Mixing Drum System
Check the blade bolt torque weekly (M12 bolts: 80–100 N·m); when the liner is worn, it can be rebuilt with a wear-resistant layer or replaced entirely. Change the gearbox gear oil every six months (GL-5 85W-90); if the motor housing temperature exceeds 70°C, check the overflow valve pressure (normal: 16–18 MPa).
Chassis and Power System
Check valve clearance every 500 hours (intake 0.3 mm, exhaust 0.4 mm); replace the fuel filter every 200 hours. Rotate tires monthly in a cross pattern; maintain tire pressure at 8–10 bar (≤12 bar for heavy loads).
