Daily Cleaning Methods (Recommended Routine Operations)
Suitable for after each transport operation to prevent concrete from hardening and corroding the drum.

Before Loading: Rinse the feed inlet with water to keep it moist and prevent dry material from sticking.

During Loading: Simultaneously fill the water in the onboard washing tank with clean water for subsequent use.

After Loading: Rinse the feed inlet again to remove residual concrete.

After Unloading

  • Rinse the discharge chute;
  • Add 30–40 liters of clean water into the mixing drum;
  • Keep the mixing drum rotating slowly in the forward direction on the return trip to use the rotation to clean the inner walls.

Before Finishing Work: Thoroughly clean the mixing drum, feed and discharge inlets, and surrounding areas to ensure no cement clumps remain.

Dispose of Wastewater: Be sure to empty the drum's cleaning wastewater before the next loading to avoid affecting the quality of fresh concrete.

This method has been repeatedly emphasized by multiple authoritative sources, including CIMC Lingyu, Autohome, and industry technology platforms.
