Weekly Maintenance (500–800 km or 50 hours)
Check the V-belt tension (deflection 10–15mm); clean the air filter (tap dry-type lightly, replace wet-type).
Check the hydraulic oil filter element (replace if blocked or pressure difference alarm triggers); clean the radiator surface with compressed air.
Monthly Maintenance (2000–3000 km or 200 hours)
Change engine oil and engine oil filter (recommended CI-4 15W-40); check timing chain tension.
Replace return oil filter; check hydraulic oil quality (replace if blackened or emulsified).
Check brake pad thickness (replace if <3mm); bleed air from the brake lines.
Quarterly/Annual Maintenance (8000 km or 800 hours)
Change transmission oil (GL-5 85W-90) and differential oil; check steering/suspension ball joint clearance (replace if >5mm).
Remove manhole cover and thoroughly clean scale inside the drum with a high-pressure water gun; replace reducer gear oil every six months.
Check alternator/starter carbon brushes (replace if <5mm); clean battery terminals and apply petroleum jelly to prevent corrosion.
